Overview

As Associate Director, EMEA Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery of EMEA managed payroll services to our Global clients, setting the strategic direction of the Payroll Operations team and working with the wider business to improve processes and enhance the value that the iiPay Operations team can bring to each of our clients’ organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll experience in a global environment.
  • Experience managing international client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Ability to balance strategic and day-to-day concerns.
