Associate Director, EMEA Payroll Operations - Remote

Overview

As Associate Director, EMEA Payroll Operations, you will be responsible for the delivery of EMEA managed payroll services to our Global clients, setting the strategic direction of the Payroll Operations team and working with the wider business to improve processes and enhance the value that the iiPay Operations team can bring to each of our clients’ organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a complex global payroll environment.
• Experience managing multiple international client relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Global travel may be required.
