Associate Director, Payroll - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Payroll will be a people manager with one direct report who will be responsible for managing the Domestic and International payroll operations and function. This role will be a key role within the Finance Operations team and develop and improve employee life cycle processes.

In Short

• Oversee payroll processing for approximately 600 employees in multiple countries and states.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws.
• Lead the payroll team through transformation.

Requirements

• Experience with a fast-paced, growing company.
• Experience in ADP WorkforceNow.
• Experience in processing international payroll.
• Proficient in Excel.
• CPP preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Prior management experience required.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $140,000-$160,000/year.
