Overview

The Oncology Account Manager (OAM) will be responsible for direct promotion of Meitheal oncology biosimilar products and achieving sales goals with assigned community-based oncology customers.

In Short

  • Responsible for promoting oncology biosimilar products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with oncologists and office staff.
  • Identify opportunities for product utilization in patient populations.
  • Communicate product and patient support program information.
  • Track and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
  • Deliver educational programs to healthcare professionals.
  • Lead business planning activities for target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in oncology practices.
  • Travel required over 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • 3+ years in selling buy and bill drugs.
  • Strong customer relationships in oncology sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of oncology customers and business practices.
  • Established relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading business planning activities.
  • Understanding of US healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Buy and bill experience required.
  • Ability to explain clinical and value propositions of products.
