Vice President of Finance & Business Intelligence - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Finance & Business Intelligence is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial strategy, performance management, and enterprise analytics for a dermatology-focused Physician Practice Management organization.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive and physician leadership.
• Lead enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to practice profitability and provider productivity.
• Support M&A due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration tracking.
• Ensure financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across practices.
• Build and lead a scalable Business Intelligence function.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting for executives and physician partners.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure complete integration of data across critical systems.
• Optimize provider compensation and productivity models.
• Lead and develop high-performing finance and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or analytics leadership experience.
• Healthcare services or physician practice management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and BI skills.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar credential preferred.
• Dermatology, PPM, or private equity–backed healthcare experience preferred.
• M&A integration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dermatology EHR and PM system preferred.
