Physician Recruiter - Dermatology - Remote

Overview

The Physician Recruiter will partner with Leadership and the “Seeker” team to source and nurture relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders, ensuring the growth objectives of Integrated Dermatology are met.

• Actively sources experienced derm practitioner candidates.
• Builds relationships with prospective Dermatologists and Physician Extenders.
• Pursues candidates with integrity to secure contracts.
• Coordinates efforts with the Seeker team and regional VPs.
• Provides updates on business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 3-5 years of physician recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills.
• Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to travel less than 10% of the time.
• Strong social media networking ability.
