The Physician Recruiter is responsible for devising, overseeing, and implementing innovative strategies to attract top-tier physicians and advanced providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Provide market intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Support relationships with area physicians.
  • Identify succession opportunities for future retirements.
  • Maintain a high level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in physician recruitment.
  • Minimum 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition preferred.
  • Willingness to travel periodically up to 10-25%.
