Overview

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the strategy, recruitment, and operations of Physician Recruitment at Qualderm Partners Dermatology, a fast-growing medical and cosmetic dermatology provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a large workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Travel required.
