Senior Financial Analyst, Provider Compensation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for all providers regarding compensation, managing calculations and communications based on contracts and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Manage provider compensation calculations and communications.
• Calculate payroll bonuses and incentives.
• Prepare Provider Compensation Profiles for review.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Operations, and HR on compensation modeling.
• Lead monthly accounting provider onboarding meetings.
• Maintain master provider compensation schedule.
• Complete accrual calculations for month-end close.
• Model provider compensation for business development.
• Prepare monthly provider deficit reporting.
• Own FP&A reporting for operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in multi-state operations.
• Experience in Physician Compensation preferred.
• 2-5 years of exposure in Healthcare required.
• Knowledge of Provider Employment Contracts.
• Strong Excel skills required.
