Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for applying principles of accounting to perform general accounting duties and assists with the completion of timely and accurate monthly financial statements for the assigned business.

In Short

• Assists Business Controller with month-end financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepares fixed asset capitalization and asset maintenance reports.
• Analyzes actual results against expected performance.
• Supports internal departments by providing accurate financial results.
• Assists in the entire financial cycle including budgeting and forecasting.
• May train junior members of the team.
• Complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of experience with month/year end close.
• 2-3 years’ experience with financial systems (Oracle Projects).
