In Short

  • Full-cycle physician recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent.
  • Utilize Allara's branding to elevate Allara’s reputation as a premier employer in women’s health.
  • Manage physician roles within Greenhouse (ATS) for candidate tracking.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates.
  • Ensure a robust pipeline for current and forecasted hiring needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics.
  • Own hiring/licensing requirements for each specialty.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of physician recruitment experience (telehealth and/or start-up preferred).
  • Strong track record of hiring board-certified physicians across multiple states.
  • Expert sourcing skills beyond traditional job postings.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse is a must.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
  • Passionate about women’s healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven, adaptable mindset.
