Requirements

• 5+ years of Physician & APRN sourcing experience.
• Success in sourcing across multiple specialties.
• Strong track record in aggressive outbound sourcing.
• Experience in telehealth or high-growth healthcare.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and creative talent finding.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Benefits
