Allara is looking for a Performance Creative Designer & Editor to elevate our performance marketing creative production across every channel.

In Short

• Develop high-caliber paid ads that are visually compelling and strategically aligned with performance marketing best practices.
• Turn high-level briefs into high-performing assets by adding visual detail and creative flair.
• Meet 1-2 times a week with the growth team for alignment and feedback.
• Transform raw UGC content into engaging ads with great storytelling.
• Stay ahead of cultural, social, and platform trends to inform unique creative approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across different platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Understanding of performance creative metrics such as CTR & CVR.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Benefits
