Overview

We are looking for a Performance Designer to join our high-growth performance marketing team. You’ll be working in responsive pods with growth strategists and creative strategists adapting to daily/weekly/quarterly test cadences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance design or related roles.
• Proven track record with ads and funnels for high-revenue brands.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms.
• Ability to translate customer insights into creative concepts.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of CRO and customer journey funnels.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
