Join our dynamic legal team as a Paralegal and play a critical role in ensuring Maneuver’s compliance, IP protection, and risk management as we expand across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Act as the point of contact for external legal counsel.
• Manage documentation, billing, and deliverables.
• Gather evidence for disputes and regulatory inquiries.
• Track matter statuses and maintain legal workflows.
• Partner with external counsel for trademark management.
• Conduct preliminary name checks for infringements.
• Coordinate documentation for product registrations.
• Maintain compliance with marketing claims and privacy policies.
• Support contract management and legal operations.
• Ensure corporate governance and recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal or compliance role.
• Experience coordinating with external counsel.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
