Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist - Remote

Overview

Upwork's Management Services team is seeking to add a Technical Sourcer to the team, responsible for providing talent sourcing services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team and the clients we serve.

In Short

• Source, invite, qualify, interview, and recommend candidates to recruiters.
• Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
• Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates during the application process.
• Manage assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Provide Technical talent sourcing services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.
• Deploy best in class recruiting practices for high volume technical recruiting.
• Maintain candidates with best data hygiene practices in ATS.
• Prescreen candidates before endorsing them to recruiters.
• Develop and iterate on sourcing guidelines and procedures.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss current projects.

Requirements

• Technical Sourcing experience preferred.
• Professionally working fluency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills; enjoys feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely communicative.
