Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
• Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers.
• Strong English written communication skills.
• Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience with job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with meeting platforms like Skype and Zoom.
• Knowledge of Google Drive and Excel.
• Experience with ATS systems like Lever.
• Ability to use Boolean Operators for search.
