• Utilizing various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Tech-Savvy Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Breezy (ATS), Zoom, and other recruitment tools effectively to identify and engage top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Conducting initial outreach and engaging with potential candidates to assess their interest and fit for current or future opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Tracking sourcing metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and strategies.
• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.
• Staying updated on new sourcing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends is a plus.
