• Talent pool management: Identify and hire qualified vendors (freelancers and agencies) for ongoing and future projects
• Data navigation: Analyze market trends to provide timely and accurate updates on recruitment/candidate progress
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with program stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a recruitment process that reflects Acolad’s culture and objectives
• Community management: Stay on the lookout for potential talent from various backgrounds through social media, forums, etc.
• Handle end-to-end crowdsourcing and onboarding processes (internal and client-facing)
• Maintain Acolad’s proprietary vendor database
• Send written communication to vendors
• Attend regular internal team meetings

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruiting
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment
• Familiarity with social media and online forums for talent sourcing
