Overview

apree health is hiring full-time Customer Support Specialists to join our Customer Support team in our Sandy, UT office. This role is crucial for the success of our products and requires a strong customer focus and teamwork capabilities.

In Short

  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and messaging.
  • Support appointment scheduling, account access, and benefits inquiries.
  • Resolve customer service and healthcare navigation issues.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling.
  • Work Monday through Friday, with shifts assigned post-training.
  • Must complete 6 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance.
  • Positive and professional demeanor required.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of customer support experience in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Medical office experience preferred but not required.
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate mobile technology.
