Overview

The Corporate Development & M&A Analyst will support acquisition and expansion efforts in a high-growth dermatology-focused Physician Practice Management company, working closely with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses for acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for evaluations.

Requirements

• MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation).
• 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data/BI tools.
