Corporate Development Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Analyst, Corporate Development, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and owning the acquisition opportunity pipeline, and helping with the deal flow.

In Short

• Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the DevSecOps space.
• Build and maintain comprehensive target lists across strategic focus areas.
• Manage and optimize deal flow tracking system.
• Conduct initial screening of potential targets.
• Assist in building financial models and valuation analyses.
• Support due diligence process.
• Assist in drafting key business documents.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Create periodic reports on pipeline activity.

Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent in Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate development or related fields.
• Adept with technology and analytical skills.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive projects independently.
• Proactive and action-oriented.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones.
