Overview

The Senior Analyst will have a direct impact on the strategic evolution of Ardelyx, working across all aspects of the deal process to support sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of transaction experience in corporate development or related fields.
• Proficient in accounting, finance, and valuation.
• Experience in building complex financial models using Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
