Overview

The Senior Medical Operations Manager will support the continuous improvement of complex processes and activities in the department, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution of Medical Affairs plans.

• Provide strategic operational leadership for Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Implement continual process improvements.

• Manage MRC process using Veeva MedComms.
• Support Medical Education Grant and Investigator Sponsored Trial process.
• Manage departmental training activities.
• Oversee contracting and SOW processing.
• Support budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Medical Affairs or related fields.
• Experience with Veeva MedComms or PromoMats.
• Familiarity with workflow management software (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Strong attention to detail and independent work ability.
• Experience in dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
