In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of B2B access marketing tactics.
• Develop account-specific tactical recommendations for timely and profitable access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align payer marketing strategies.
• Identify and execute marketing needs for field access managers.
• Implement key tactics for various payer channels.
• Partner with Data Analytics to deliver market insights.
• Manage the payer marketing budget and external vendors.
• Act as the Market Access point of contact on cross-functional brand teams.
• Represent Market Access in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review meetings.
• Foster collaboration for strong market access representation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 9 - 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
• In-depth understanding of payer and reimbursement market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute pull-through plans.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on relationship-building.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for crafting compelling narratives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities under business constraints.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
