Director/Sr. Director, Market Access - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented Senior Director, Market Access to support the development and implementation of market access strategy and reimbursement tactical plans which demonstrate the values of MindMed products to a diverse set of stakeholders.

In Short

• Develop market access and patient services strategy for mental health therapies
• Define reimbursement strategy for timely product reimbursement
• Design payer marketing communication plans
• Establish engagement plans for payer communication
• Identify reimbursement pathways and coding
• Collect payer input through advisory boards
• Collaborate with various departments for effective communication
• Monitor health policy developments
• Manage deliverables like value dossiers
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Masters in Business or related field
• 10+ years in market access and reimbursement
• Deep understanding of the US payer landscape
• Excellent knowledge of health systems
• Prior experience in product launch
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Willingness to travel for team meetings
