In Short

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of market access initiatives for MM120 and future pipeline products.
  • Oversee trade and distribution, hub service models, government pricing, and field execution.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market access strategy aligned with MindMed’s mission.
  • Establish relationships with 3PL, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.
  • Ensure compliance with government pricing regulations and oversee accurate reporting.
  • Lead GTN forecasting and analysis to optimize financial performance.
  • Drive field-based market access initiatives in collaboration with sales and medical teams.
  • Champion equitable patient access to MM120 through innovative reimbursement programs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing market access team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in pharmaceutical market access, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in trade and distribution, hub services, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with REMS programs and navigating DEA rescheduling.
  • Strong analytical skills in GTN modeling and market access analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in market access challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of payer landscapes and reimbursement policies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable to a startup dynamic.
