In Short

• Manage activities within PPO and support interactions with other Departments.
• Lead the development of Project plan(s) for functional areas.
• Help with system implementation for project decisions and milestones.
• Monitor execution of project plans and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
• Experience in clinical, preclinical, CMC, QA, Medical Affairs, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably Planisware Enterprise.
• Engaging and empathetic personality.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and drug development process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with dispersed teams.
• Occasional travel required.
