In Short

• Provide statistical support for pipeline compounds’ clinical development, regulatory filing, and commercialization.
• Serve as the lead biostatistician for assigned clinical programs and/or clinical trials.
• Ensure high quality of statistical deliverables in collaboration with multi-functional project teams.
• Oversee deliverables from statistical vendors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Perform statistical analyses on trial data using SAS programs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management group to support data cleaning activities.
• Manage statistical vendors and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Contribute to the development of Biometrics’ SOPs.
• Conduct data analyses as needed and collaborate with the Statistical Programming group.
• Provide statistical input for regulatory communication and publication.

Requirements

• A PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics or relevant fields with at least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology space.
• Solid statistical knowledge and experience in clinical trial design, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in authoring study SAP and TFL shells.
• Extensive experience managing statistical vendors.
• Proficient in using SAS for data analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance for clinical trials.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of work quality.
• Effective communication skills in a remote environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
