Manager, Programs and Portfolios (PPO) - Remote

In Short

• Manage activities within PPO and support interactions with other Departments.
• Analyze PPO department needs, identify and implement solutions.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance and improvement of systems.
• System administration of Planisware PPM tool.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration, or health-related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry.
• Excellent understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience in using Planisware Enterprise.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
