Portfolio Manager - Remote

Overview

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring a portfolio of commercial loans while ensuring compliance with CBS LLC underwriting guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial document review.

• Collect and evaluate financial information from credit unions, borrowers, and referral sources.
• Ensure timely completion of annual reviews and modifications.
• Monitor loan maturities and compliance with requirements.
• Send financial letters requesting updated financials regularly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or financial institutions.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and loan underwriting.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate data and develop insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and credit spreading software.
