Overview

As a Commercial Loan Officer at Cooperative Business Services (CBS), you will play a key role in fueling the growth of CBS and our partner credit unions by originating and managing new commercial lending opportunities across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in banking or commercial lending.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsive, customer-oriented, and professional.
• Organized and adept at managing multiple deals.
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
