Overview

The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for managing and facilitating the loan application and approval process for commercial members of the credit union, requiring a detailed understanding of commercial lending practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan originating.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills for personal contact.
• Experience with underwriting commercial loans required.
• Knowledge of NCUA and regulations governing lending.
• Working experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong decision-making and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute required.
