Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Remote management experience with 10+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Live in EST/CST time zones.
• Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable computer, internet, and phone.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability.
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Strong leadership and operational excellence skills.
