Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of management experience.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Live in EST/CST time zones.
  • Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable computer, internet, and phone.
  • Proficient in managing P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 25% of the time.
  • Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and Salon Tier goals.
  • Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability and operational excellence.
