Overview

The Operations Assistant will support impactful projects that make a difference for our country by coordinating responses to customer Requests for Proposals and managing contract vehicles.

In Short

  • Coordinate and submit responses to customer RFPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage contract vehicles such as the GSA Schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales and strategists.
  • Review bid sites to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Route opportunities to appropriate staff.
  • Ensure compliance with document requirements.
  • Support production of recurring and one-time reports.
  • Provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
