In Short

• Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Leverage Azure DevOps and participate in Agile scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain legacy data synchronization processes between CRM and Portal.
• Manage backups and restores of CRM data and provide technical support.
• Audit the CRM application environment for compliance.
• Establish a standard software baseline for CRM.
• Participate in migration and release management processes.
• Create technical designs and recommend architectures for enhancements.
• Lead design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with JavaScript and software development.
• Familiarity with XRM Toolbox tools.
• Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Skills in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience with CRM security management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
