In Short

• Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales & Marketing, Field Services, and Customer Service.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform.
• Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365.
• Experience with back-end services and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules including configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in creating both canvas and model-driven apps.
• Experience in automating workflows and integrating various services.
• Strong skills in designing and managing data models.
• Skills in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines.
