Overview

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Helpdesk Technician to provide critical support for users, devices, and systems, contributing to impactful projects for the public sector.

In Short

  • Support day-to-day user and system issues.
  • Work with Azure AD Connect and related tools.
  • Plan, design, test, and deploy new technologies.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Maintain ticketing system and manage escalations.
  • Participate in IT strategy meetings.
  • Assist with hardware configuration for users.
  • Respond to and resolve mobile and computer issues.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT and service desk experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
  • Related Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to customer support.
  • Experience with complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to articulate escalations and communicate progress.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in technology.
