Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers, driving profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good communicator with effective interaction skills.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals.
• Agreeable to flexible scheduling.
• Ability to travel as required.
