In Short

  • Manage the process for nurse entrepreneurs to place orders on our platform.
  • Register new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform.
  • Monitor incoming orders and payments on the platform.
  • Place orders with suppliers when received through the platform.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between platform orders and supplier orders.
  • Provide occasional customer service via email for order issues.
  • Escalate serious issues to the manager.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

  • Experience working with US customers in a similar role.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to work US hours (as late as 8p ET on weekdays).
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • High attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
