In Short

• Build and scale Moxie’s core operational infrastructure across IT, Security, Compliance, and Technical Support.
• Operate as a hands-on individual contributor while maturing the function.
• Improve offboarding SOPs and support HIPAA readiness.
• Streamline vendor access process and evaluate tooling for technical support.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and People teams.
• Design scalable processes and org structures for each function.
• Identify opportunities for AI enablement and automation.
• Strong experience in technical operations and familiarity with standard tools and frameworks.
• Proven experience designing processes and teams in high-growth startups.
• Self-starter with high ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in at least one core domain: IT, Security, Compliance, Engineering, or Support.
• Familiarity with standard tools, models, and frameworks (e.g., tiered support, agile, cybersecurity best practices).
• Technically fluent: able to read/write code, write SQL, interpret logs.
• Bonus: experience with cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).
• Proven experience designing processes, teams, and orgs in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective collaborator across multiple teams with a bias toward action.
• Sound judgment in when to delegate, escalate, or table work.
• Comfortable switching between hands-on execution and long-term strategic planning.
