Principal, Product Operations - Remote

Overview

This role is remote, or hybrid if based in Boston. Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love.

• Ideal for a former Product Manager or Product Ops leader.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Product teams.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Deep understanding of the Product discipline.
• Strong leadership and influence skills.
• Systems thinker with the ability to design frameworks.
• Exceptional communicator.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Passionate about enabling others.
