As a District Manager, you lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of General Managers to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience, operational excellence, merchandising execution, maximum productivity, and profitable sales and earnings growth.

• College degree preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-unit business leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various hours as needed.
• Ability to travel between stores as required.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
