• Full-time Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) - REMOTE (US)
• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing Field Investigators
• Communicate company directives and strategy to investigators
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding investigator morale
• Assist in preparation of case updates for clients
• Review investigator performance based on various metrics
• Help assign surveillance cases to investigators
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and Field Agents
• Maintain proactive communication with clients
• Review and approve vendor invoices and investigator timecards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or related field (preferred)
• Investigation background (preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
