Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Senior Agentic AI Software Developer to architect and guide software solutions in an AI-first environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• 3-5 years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• 1-2 years of experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in reviewing AI-generated code.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, preferably React.
• Strong background in CI/CD and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams.
