Field Investigator - Special Investigations Unit (SIU) - Remote

Overview

Ethos is looking to hire a full time, experienced Insurance SIU / Claims Field Investigator in the Milwaukee, WI area.

In Short

• Conduct recorded statements and interviews.
• Perform accident scene investigations.
• Conduct online research and witness canvassing.
• Recognize compensability issues and misrepresentation.
• Understand insurance coverage as it pertains to claims decisions.
• Identify red flags during investigations.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings.
• Must possess strong computer and internet skills.
• Must own a well-maintained vehicle and necessary equipment.
• Previous SIU experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous SIU experience with an insurance carrier or investigative firm.
• Former military or law enforcement experience.
• Two years' experience in property loss investigations.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• May require Notary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Must have a good internet connection.
