Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join our dynamic team at DoseSpot, a leader in electronic prescribing software, where you will play a key role in building AI initiatives and improving healthcare experiences.

In Short

• Lead design and execution of AI powered POCs/POTs and prototypes.
• Partner cross-functionally to define AI strategies.
• Build frameworks or backend solutions to support AI workloads.
• Utilize LLMs and ML techniques for data processing.
• Implement procedures for engineering excellence using AI technologies.
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI/ML techniques.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development (.NET or JAVA).
• 2+ years building applications using LLMs or GenAI frameworks.
• Experience with high-transaction SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading and deploying ML models.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Expertise in database design (Relational and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
