Overview

We are seeking an AI Software Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team at DoseSpot, a leader in electronic prescribing software, to build out AI initiatives that enhance healthcare experiences.

In Short

• Drive the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead technical evaluations of AI opportunities, framing and executing prototypes with measurable impact.
• Set technical vision and architectural guidelines for AI systems.
• Provide architectural leadership and best practices for engineering teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert to enable AI adoption across product teams.
• Lead competitive AI landscape scanning and synthesize findings into actionable guidance.
• Ensure adherence to software design principles and best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concepts for new technologies and frameworks.
• Drive best practices in CI/CD and cloud deployment strategies.
• Guide teams in adopting modern AI-assisted development technologies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience with a focus on architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks.
• Experience in building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms.
• Experience in evaluating model performance and using proprietary data.
• Experience developing AI solutions in the Healthcare industry.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Expertise in database design with Relational and NoSQL Databases.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
