• Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
• Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of leadership experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Deep understanding and experience with performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
• Financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expertise in media buying and performance marketing.
• Preferred: Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
